I just read the book and had a dream about the clown, Varton...he is every kids childhood nightmare. I loved Lily, and the all the ghosts! Loved the skelaton on the cover!

A Frightening Fairy-tale!!!

Haunted Lily was wonderfully written! It has a fantasy-like theme, but takes place in a real life setting. Darby the main character finds himself wrapped up in circumstances he could never have imagined. One of the best books I have 'and probably will' ever read!

I always had the utmost faith in your goddess given talent for story telling. Seems like yesterday we were spending those Thursday afternoons just telling and comparing ghostly encounters together. Not to mention that bumpy jeep ride to my ob/gyn to check on your nephew Ronnie 's progress. You've always been and always will be dear to me and one I will always support and believe in. Loved your book!

I was searching for a good ghost story and found a great one in Haunted Lily. I loved every thing about it, and was pleased to see that it was only the begining.

Loved this book! I picked it up because the cover caught my eye, and bought it because the synopsis was so intriguing. And then I stayed up almost half the night absolutely devouring it! I was blown away by this fast-paced, chilling, thrill ride! The hairs on the back of my neck are still standing in ovation for Haunted Lily.

Bravo, Sidney Fox! Keep writing!

I was looking for something truly scary so I searched the internet and repeatedly Haunted Lily The Nightmare Ball kept coming up. I asked our librarian to purchase it and I was asked to read it to see if it was truly exceptional like everyone said. To my amazement and joy it was even better! I found myself reading into the night when the house was quiet and everyone was sleeping. When it came time to refill my water glass I found myself wonderfully scared! This is the first book that I have read since I was a child that actually spooked me! What a ride!
When I was 5 and in kindergarten I used to walk into the library at school and search out the librarian. Before I could even ask she was exclaim "No! I don't have any new witch books!"
I still look for scary books and now I sit on the board for the library in my town. That's how much reading good books is important to me and books like this rich, tantalizing tale make them worthwhile to seek out.
